A product-minded studio
designing websites, products
& growth systems
for founders who already ship.

LoomReach is a small, senior studio in London. We design websites, build products, craft brands and run the growth systems underneath — paid media, automation, custom CRM, AI workflows and bespoke development — for founder-led teams between Series-A and £50m in revenue.

/ 01 — Why LoomReach

Six senior operators. No juniors, no account layer, no shelfware.

01 · Senior-only team

You talk to the people doing the work.

Every project is staffed by two senior operators — the designer, strategist or engineer actually building it. No PMs, no account managers, no six-layer kick-off.

02 · Outcomes, not outputs

Pipeline. Bookings. Hours back.

Every engagement is scoped to a business metric worth moving. If we can't point at it on the P&L within 90 days, it shouldn't exist.

03 · Design & code, one room

We design what we ship, and ship what we design.

No hand-offs to offshore builders. No Figma fidelity that quietly dies in build. What's in the mock is what lands in production.

04 · Systems, not campaigns

We build the spine, then we run it.

Paid, CRM, automation and reporting are one system — not four disconnected tools. We stitch them together, and we're on the hook for the whole thing.

05 · Monthly, not annual

Cancel in thirty days. Always.

No lock-in. No 12-month retainers. We earn the next month every month. Median client tenure is still nineteen months — so the model works.

06 · Plain-language reporting

Weekly notes a founder can actually read.

One page, in plain English, every Monday. Paid, pipeline, systems, what we're doing next week. No dashboards you'll forget to open.

/ 02 — What we do

One studio. Eight disciplines. Plumbed together.

/ 01 — Website Design

Websites that look sharp and convert harder than they should.

Marketing sites that earn their traffic back — strategy, copy, design and a production build in one engagement. Shipped on Next.js or WordPress, whichever your team can run on Monday.

/ 02 — Product Build

Shippable product, not just a prototype.

MVPs, internal tools and customer-facing apps — designed, built and deployed by the same two-person team. No hand-off, no contractor telephone.

NextReactSupabaseStripe
/ 03 — Branding

Brand identity you can actually run with.

Naming, wordmark, palette, type, voice and a guideline short enough to read in one sitting.

IdentityVoiceGuidelines
/ 04 — Growth systems

Paid media & attribution, tied to revenue.

Google, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic SEO — reported in pipeline, not impressions.

GoogleMetaLinkedInSEO
/ 05 — Automation

Workflow automation, edge to edge.

Intake, routing, enrichment, handoff, invoicing — seven leaks, one studio, one retainer.

n8nMakeAPIs
/ 06 — Custom CRM

CRM, cut to fit.

Opinionated builds on Supabase & Postgres. Pipelines, roles, bookings — shaped to your workflow, not the vendor's.

SupabasePostgres
/ 07 — AI workflows

AI & voice agents, wired in.

Inbound triage, summarisation and voice — wired into the CRM with guardrails, logs and a kill switch.

OpenAIVoiceRAG
/ 08 — Bespoke dev

Dashboards & internal tools.

Portals, dashboards and one-off tools — by the same team running your growth, so nothing falls between chairs.

NextReactEdge
/ 04 — Process

Four short sprints. Then the system is yours.

Diagnose before we build.

One working session, two quiet weeks, one written diagnosis. The leak, the lever and the single system worth building first — on paper, before anyone opens Figma.

Output · Written diagnosis
/ 02Weeks 1 – 4
02/

Four weeks to a live system.

We pick the single change with the best revenue-per-hour-saved and build it end-to-end. No half-done projects, no "phase two" excuses. It goes live, or it doesn't ship.

Output · A live system
/ 03Weeks 5 – 12
03/

We run it. You watch the P&L.

Campaigns live, automations healthy, dashboards honest. Weekly written update, monthly review, cancel on 30 days' notice either side.

Expand — or hand over.

After 90 days we either take on the next system, or train your team to run what we built. Your call, not ours.

/ 05 — Common questions

The questions founders ask us before we start.

Honest, boring answers on pricing, timelines and what we don't do. If your question isn't on this list, email the studio — we reply in one working day.

What does an engagement actually cost?

+

Retainers land between £4.5k and £14k per month, billed monthly, 30-day notice either side. A diagnose-only engagement is a fixed £6k over three weeks.

Are you a good fit for early-stage startups?

+

Usually not pre-seed. We help most from Series-A through £50m in revenue — when there's something real to grow.

Do you work in-house or remote?

+

Remote-first. We're in London on Wednesdays and happy to come in for workshops. Most clients are in the UK, EU and US east coast.

What tools and stacks do you prefer?

+

Next.js, React, Supabase, Postgres, Vercel, n8n, Make, WordPress and the usual ad platforms. Opinionated but pragmatic — we'll work with what's already there if it isn't actively on fire.

Will we own what you build?

+

Always. Code, accounts, data, CRMs — handed over on day one, under your org. If we part ways, you keep the keys and we unsubscribe from the bills.

What don't you do?

+

Enterprise sales enablement, media buying above £200k per month, and anything that needs a ten-person team. We'll happily recommend who does.
